Warranty and technical support

Synergive will repair or replace commercial software with no charge under warranty which covers the software for one year after the purchase. Free software is not covered but we will do our best to keep the software bug free.

Synergive is ready to provide commercial support  on different service levels under special agreement, if a need arise.

Known problems and issues

Voice2Do 1.x:

  • Motorola Droid X on Android 2.1 - bluetooth headset problem (upgrade to 2.2)
  • HTC Desire on Android 2.2 - bluetooth headset problem (downgrade to 2.1)
  • Samsung Epic 4G on Android 2.1 - recording problem (unresolved)

  • Report a problem with application Voice2Do
    Please state what is your mobile device brand and model name, what is your Android system version number and give detailed description of your problem. Please include as an attachment any logs, screen dumps, photos, files or any additional material you may have related to this problem.

  • Download the newest version of  Voice2Do
    Please download the app from Android Market in order to receive automatic upgrades. The QR code will help you find it.

WebContact (Java applet)

  • Report a problem with WebContact application
    Please state what is your system version, browser type, Java plugin version number and give detailed description of your problem. Please include as an attachment any logs, screen dumps, photos, files or any additional material you may have related to this problem.

  • Perform a test call
    You can test the connection to our echo service. The server is located in Warsaw, Poland.
